The website www.arahmanacademy.com is operated by ILMEDIN Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including online Quran lessons and Islamic courses. By accessing the website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Admission to ILMEDIN Academy is based on the information provided during registration. Any false or incomplete information may result in refusal or cancellation of admission.
All fees paid for Quran online lessons, Tajweed courses, or memorization programs are non-refundable. We operate on a monthly payment system to ensure flexibility. Fees must be paid before the 28th of each month. The Academy reserves the right to revise fees with one month’s prior notice.
As an online Quran academy, all communication is conducted via email and WhatsApp. Students are responsible for checking messages regularly.
Missed classes due to student reasons are not compensated. If a class is missed due to the Academy or teacher, compensation will be arranged. Technical issues on the student’s side are not eligible for compensation.
Students must communicate only through the Admin team. Direct contact with teachers outside official channels is not permitted and is considered a breach of trust (Amanah).
User-submitted content such as reviews may be used by the Academy for educational or promotional purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolvedmby the Academy Admin, whose decision is final.
